Charger unable to plug into the scooter charging port
Possible Cause:

Dust or debris in the charging port

Solution:

Check to see if there is any dust or debris. If there is, gently draw the debris out with small stick. (Do not use needles or any other metal objects to remove debris, as this could lead to a short circuit.)
Scooter does not run
Possible Cause:

Undercharged battery

Solution:
​
Charge the battery. A new battery should have been charged for at least 18 hours before using the vehicle for the first time. After first-time use, recharge the battery for at least 12 hours after each use. Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours.

Check all connections. Make sure the charger port is plugged into the charging port on the City Scooter and that the charger is plugged into the wall outlet.

Loose wires or connectors

Solution:
Check all wires and connectors to make sure they are tight
Scooter makes loud noises or grinding sounds
Possible Cause:
Chain is too dry
​
Solution:
Apply a lubricant such as 3 in 1™ or Tri-Flow™ to the chain
